1. Introduction
Alpha Core Research is committed to maintaining high standards of integrity, professionalism, transparency and fairness in its research activities and interactions with clients and investors.
As a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Alpha Core Research follows the applicable requirements under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time, and the applicable SEBI circulars and directions.
This Code of Conduct sets out the principles that guide the conduct of Alpha Core Research and its research activities.
2. Honesty and Good Faith
Alpha Core Research shall conduct its research and business activities honestly and in good faith.
Research-related information and communications shall be presented in a fair and responsible manner, without knowingly making misleading or deceptive statements.
The interests of clients and the integrity of the securities market shall be given due consideration while carrying out research activities.
3. Due Skill, Care and Diligence
Alpha Core Research shall exercise due skill, care and diligence while conducting research and preparing research reports.
Research reports and recommendations shall be based on appropriate analysis and relevant information available at the time of preparation.
Reasonable care shall be taken to ensure that research-related information is presented accurately and clearly.
4. Professional Standards
Alpha Core Research shall maintain appropriate professional standards in the preparation and communication of research.
Research reports, market observations and other research-related communications shall be prepared with appropriate analytical consideration and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
5. Independence of Research
Alpha Core Research shall endeavour to maintain independence and objectivity in its research activities.
Research views shall be based on the analyst’s research and analysis and shall not knowingly be altered solely to obtain or retain business or for any other improper purpose.
6. Conflict of Interest
Alpha Core Research shall identify, manage and disclose material conflicts of interest as required under applicable regulatory requirements.
Where a conflict of interest may affect the objectivity or independence of research, appropriate measures shall be taken to manage or disclose the conflict in accordance with applicable requirements.

7. Insider Trading and Front-Running

Information received from clients in connection with the firm’s services shall be treated with appropriate confidentiality, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Confidential information shall not be improperly disclosed or used for purposes unrelated to the legitimate conduct of the firm’s activities.
Research information shall also be handled appropriately before its authorized publication or dissemination.
9. Research Reports and Recommendations
Research reports and recommendations shall be prepared after appropriate analysis.
Where applicable, research communications shall contain the disclosures and information required under the applicable regulatory framework.
Past performance, historical observations or research results shall not be presented in a manner that creates an assurance or guarantee of future returns.
Investors should independently consider their financial circumstances, risk tolerance and investment objectives before acting upon any research or recommendation.

Alpha Core Research shall comply with applicable laws, regulations, SEBI circulars, directions and other regulatory requirements applicable to its activities as a Research Analyst.

The Code of Conduct shall be reviewed and updated whenever necessary to reflect applicable regulatory changes.
11. Fair and Transparent Communication
Alpha Core Research shall endeavour to communicate with clients and investors in a fair, clear and transparent manner.
The firm shall avoid knowingly making false, misleading or materially incomplete statements regarding its research services, registration status, research methodology or other material information.
12. Client Interests and Market Integrity
Alpha Core Research recognizes the importance of maintaining investor confidence and the integrity of the securities market.
The firm shall conduct its research activities in a manner consistent with applicable regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Research services are intended to provide research-based information and analysis and should not be represented as a guarantee of investment returns.
13. Responsibility of the Proprietor
Mr. Alok Singh, Proprietor and SEBI-registered Research Analyst of Alpha Core Research, is responsible for overseeing the firm’s compliance with applicable requirements and maintaining appropriate standards of professional conduct.
Where applicable, responsibilities may be delegated or assigned in accordance with the firm’s internal policies and regulatory requirements.
14. Handling of Client Information
