- We provide independent and unbiased views on securities.
- We issue research recommendations after proper disclosure of any financial interest, if applicable.
- All recommendations are based on publicly available data, factual information, and observed market behaviour.
- Annual audits are conducted as required under applicable regulations.
- All advertisements strictly comply with the Advertisement Code prescribed for Research Analysts.
- We maintain records of all client interactions, including pre-onboarding discussions.

Client Onboarding Process
- Client onboarding is completed as per regulatory requirements.
- Complete terms and conditions are shared prior to engagement.
- KYC formalities are completed for all fee-paying clients.

Two-Level Review Process
- First review by the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB)
- Second review by SEBI
