For the purpose of this document, Alpha Core Research is referred to as the Research Entity or Research Analyst.

Alpha Core Research is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst. The registration was granted on November 23, 2022.
The firm is engaged in providing independent research and market recommendations. The core focus is to deliver unbiased, well-researched, and client-oriented insights aligned with individual investment objectives and risk profiles.
2. Terms and Conditions
The detailed Terms and Conditions governing research and recommendation services are provided separately. Clients are advised to read and understand the same before availing any service.
3. Disciplinary History
There are no pending material litigations, inspections, investigations, or regulatory actions against Alpha Core Research, its Research Analyst, associates, or relatives.
4. Associates
Alpha Core Research currently does not have any associates.
B. Disclosures Related to Research and Recommendation Services
Alpha Core Research, the Research Analyst, or related persons may hold financial interests or beneficial ownership of one per cent or more in certain securities recommended. Such holdings, if any, are disclosed at the time of issuing recommendations.
There are no known conflicts of interest arising from any association with issuers of securities. Any future conflict, if it arises, shall be disclosed promptly and transparently.
The Research Entity does not have any business or personal relationship with issuers of securities that could affect objectivity.
Alpha Core Research has not received any remuneration, compensation, or benefits from companies whose securities are recommended and has not received any investment banking, merchant banking, brokerage, or other consideration from such companies during the past twelve months.
The Research Analyst has not managed or co-managed any public offering, has not served as an officer, director, or employee of any subject company, and does not engage in market-making activities.
Use of Technology and AI Tools
Alpha Core Research is working on the development and application of artificial intelligence and algorithm-based tools to enhance research processes. These tools are used only to support analysis and insights and do not assure profits or guaranteed returns.
Algorithmic systems may face technical limitations such as software issues, broker-related disruptions, API failures, or extreme market volatility. Alpha Core Research is not responsible for failures arising from third-party systems or external factors beyond its control.
Clients are advised to understand the associated risks and use such tools only after careful evaluation of their investment goals and risk tolerance.
Fees and Mode of Payment
As per SEBI regulations, Alpha Core Research charges a maximum fee of Rs. _____________ per client per family per annum.
Fees are collected through approved modes including account payee cheque, demand draft, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, credit card, or through SEBI-approved Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism for Research Analysts (CeFCoM). Cash payments are not accepted.
Advance fees, if charged, shall not exceed the period permitted under SEBI regulations. Clients who have paid the maximum permissible fee are not eligible for renewal within the same twelve-month period.
Client Responsibility and Risk Disclosure
Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Research recommendations do not assure profits or fixed returns.
By subscribing to research services, clients acknowledge that investment decisions are taken at their own discretion. Alpha Core Research does not execute trades on behalf of clients.
Clients confirm that they have read and understood all disclosures, disclaimers, terms, and conditions available on the website and service agreements.
Client Information and KYC
Clients must provide accurate and complete information as required under SEBI and RAASB guidelines. KYC details are collected, stored, and verified through SEBI-authorised KYC Registration Agencies.
Clients are responsible for keeping their contact details updated at all times.
Grievance Redressal and Dispute Resolution
Clients may raise service-related grievances directly with Alpha Core Research using the contact details provided on the website.
If unresolved, complaints may be lodged through the SEBI SCORES platform, with further escalation available via the SMART ODR portal.
Termination and Refund Policy
In case of suspension exceeding sixty days or cancellation of SEBI registration, fees shall be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unexpired subscription period.
Mandatory Notices and Compliance
Clients are advised to read the Do’s and Don’ts issued by SEBI for dealing with Research Analysts. Alpha Core Research complies with all applicable SEBI circulars, guidelines, and regulatory obligations.
Any changes to voluntary clauses shall be communicated with a minimum notice period of fifteen days.
Important Client Safeguards
Alpha Core Research will never ask for trading account credentials, Demat details, bank login information, or OTPs. Clients must not share such information with anyone.
Final Declaration
Alpha Core Research confirms that it is duly registered with SEBI, fulfils all qualification requirements, and adheres strictly to ethical research practices. Services are advisory in nature and do not promise assured or risk-free returns.
