Every complaint will be formally acknowledged within 48 working hours. We endeavour to resolve all grievances within 21 calendar days from the date of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by Alpha Core Research, or if your grievance is not resolved within the prescribed timeline, you may escalate the matter directly to SEBI through the following channels:

Step 3: Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal

Investors may opt to resolve disputes through the SMART Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal, an SEBI-empanelled platform that facilitates online conciliation and arbitration.

The ODR mechanism is simple, faster, and cost-effective, enabling dispute resolution without the need for court proceedings.
