At Alpha Core Research, we follow a strict and transparent refund policy. Clients are advised to read this section carefully before subscribing to any of our services.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services that have already been used during the paid subscription period. Any complaint, concern, or dissatisfaction regarding service quality during an active subscription does not qualify the client for a refund or compensation.
Alpha Core Research does not provide any guarantee of profits, accuracy, or performance in trading calls or research recommendations.
As per SEBI guidelines, if a client requests cancellation of a subscription, a refund may apply only to the unused portion of the subscription period. The refund amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis after deducting charges for services already provided, along with applicable taxes and administrative fees.
No refund shall be issued for the portion of the subscription period already availed, irrespective of trading results or performance expectations.
To request cancellation and refund, the client must submit a written request from the registered email address. The request must clearly mention subscription details and the reason for cancellation.
Once approved, the eligible refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 30 days from the date
of receipt of the written request.
Trading and investment in the securities market are subject to market risks. Profits and losses depend on market conditions, and Alpha Core Research shall not be held responsible for individual trading outcomes.
